Your website is so interesting. We are a New Zealand based firm who make ointments (balms) for a relief of body and skin problems. They have a beeswax and olive oil base, and sometimes almond oil too. Then we have all the tinctures of trees and plants, as well as a few native plants of New Zealand. These ointments are very popular in health and natural shops, and with mistrust rising in the public with what is in their medication these days, people are returning to what their Grandmothers new and took for granted, in what nature had to offer.

Our ointments are made with the care and respect they deserve, as the relief they are able to offer, and so quickly, is remarkable.

Don't forget, the trees, flowers and plants we have in our gardens, are sobeautiful, sacred and wonderfully powerful to living. And very humble in their achievements!

Those Cicadas are certainly noisy, but I suppose they do serve a purpose in the world.

I love your description of the pouting lilacs. I'm saddened now that I gave up on a lilac plant that appeared beyond help; if only I had hung on five years!
